Order Cancellation Policy
  • Before shipment: You may request cancellation by emailing sales@penodoro.com.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed through the return process. Please contact: support@penodoro.com.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Defective Products)
  • Change of mind returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. (Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.) Please note that in the case of a return due to refusal to pay customs duties, the refund will be processed after deducting the round-trip shipping fees.
  • Defective or faulty products: Covered for exchange, refund, or repair if the issue is not caused by wear, accident, or misuse. (Contact: support@penodoro.com)
  • Purchases from other retailers: Please note that products purchased outside of penodoro.com are excluded from returns, refunds, and exchanges, and are subject to the policy of the retailer where purchased.
  • Returns due to refusal to pay customs duties: If a shipment is returned because the customer declines to pay the customs duties, the refund will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping costs. Please note that if the package is discarded by customs in accordance with the regulations of the destination country, no refund can be issued.
