Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Defective Products)
  • Change of mind returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. (Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.) Please note that in the case of a return due to refusal to pay customs duties, the refund will be processed after deducting the round-trip shipping fees.
  • Defective or faulty products: Covered for exchange, refund, or repair if the issue is not caused by wear, accident, or misuse. (Contact: support@penodoro.com)

How much content can this pen store?

Penodoro is equipped with large-capacity internal storage. It can store up to approximately 20,000 files, or around 800,000 words of content.
You can easily add, delete, and manage files directly on the device, keeping your materials well organized and accessible.

If I have an exam tomorrow, how should I prepare in advance?

To ensure smooth use, we recommend completing the following preparations before the exam:

1. Organize your study materials

    • Review and familiarize yourself with your content in advance, Categorize materials by subject or topic.
    • Save them with clear, recognizable file names so you roughly know which file contains the information you need.

2. Test and configure your device

Please check the following items in advance:

    • Confirm left-hand or right-hand writing mode is set correctly.

    • Confirm the ink cartridge has enough ink and writes smoothly.
    • Ensure sound and vibration alerts are turned off.

A quick test run beforehand can help prevent any issues during use.

What are the basic steps for using the pen during an exam?
    • Entry: Penodoro can enter the exam room and pass standard checks
    • Power on: With sound and vibration disabled, the device powers on silently
    • Enter reading mode
    • Search for keywords as needed
    • Jump to the keyword location and scroll through the content
    • In any emergency, there is no need to panic—press and hold for one second to quickly shut down.
Do you provide exam answers?

Because the subjects, regions, and exam formats vary widely, we do not provide standardized exam answers.
What we provide is a high-quality tool that allows you to input your own most accurate and reliable reference materials in advance, so they can be conveniently accessed when needed.

What should I do when the ink runs out?

We include 9 ink refills with the product by default.
Once they are used up, you may:

    • Purchase official replacement refills from our store (free shipping for existing customers).
    • Or Follow our instructions to create compatible replacement refills yourself
